PRIMECashback lets you receive trading-volume-based cashback rewards by opening an FX or cryptocurrency trading account through our website and continuing to trade with our partnered brokers and exchanges.

Registration and Contact Form Information

When you submit our Registration Form or Contact Form, we collect the following personal information:

• Name
• Email address
• The broker or exchange where your account is opened
• Your trading account number
• Any additional details you provide in the message field of the Contact Form (for example, your country or the subject of your inquiry)

We use this information solely to provide the cashback service — to verify your eligibility, match your trading account to the correct cashback record, respond to your inquiry, and manage your rewards. Registration also adds your email address to our mailing list (see “Newsletter and Communications” below); you may unsubscribe at any time.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to extract location data from images.

Cookies

For cashback verification, your broker or exchange information (broker name and trading account number) may be shared only with the broker, exchange, or partner that requires it in order to confirm your eligibility. We use SendGrid to send account and newsletter emails and to store your contact details for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes beyond what is described in this policy.

How Long We Retain Your Data

• Comments: retained indefinitely.
• Registered users: the personal information in your profile is retained until you delete your account or request deletion. After deletion, some data may be retained where required for administrative, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
• Registration and Contact Form data: retained for as long as you continue trading and receiving cashback, or as otherwise required for administrative, legal, or compliance reasons.

Users may view, edit, or request deletion of their personal information at any time (except for their username, if applicable) by using the Contact Form.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have submitted a comment, registration, or contact form, you can request:

• An exported file of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of your personal data

This does not include data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes (such as cashback transaction history that a broker or exchange requires us to keep).

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked automatically through a spam-detection service. For cashback verification, your submitted broker or exchange information may be securely shared with the relevant FX broker or cryptocurrency exchange when required. Email and newsletter data is processed by SendGrid on our behalf.

Newsletter and Communications

Registering through the Registration Form adds your email address to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails; unsubscribing does not affect your ability to continue receiving cashback.
